The Mexican War on Drugs has led to increasing violence as cartels fight for control of thtrafficking routes into the United States. The Atlantic Cartel, a new organization, has taken control of the routes into Europe, which are more profitable and less controlled than the land routes over the US-Mexican Border. An ongoing Interpol operation is trying to stop the organization from becoming more powerful.

Alex Namara is recruited by Captain Mormacks

on (Wolfgang Müller) and Staff Sergeant (Justin Zirke) to go undercover and infiltrate the cartel. He is soon accepted and climbs up the cartel hierarchy.

The information gathered is very important for the operation, but agent Namara is also physically drained because of the stress he has been going through.

Now, he is turning into the very thing he fought against: a ruthless Narco.
